Information on this site is for general guidance and is not a binding offer. A binding agreement is formed only when we both accept a written proposal that sets out the scope and price.
Unless a project agreement states otherwise, you own the final deliverables we create for you upon full payment, along with the associated code, accounts, and data. We may retain reusable, non-client components and general know-how, and may reference the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Fees, schedules, and payment terms are set out in each project agreement. Late or missed payments may pause work until resolved.
Our work often relies on third-party platforms (for example, hosting, AI, voice, or payment providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes.
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanchari Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Services we deliver are governed by the warranties and limitations in the applicable project agreement.
